Steps to use the Supplier Gateway Assist

1. Enter your inquiry using the prompt window 
2. Hit Enter or click on plane to submit inquiry​ 
3. The Supplier Gateway Assist chatbot answers using available documents​ 
   1. Citations shown for source documents​ 
   2. Links included for resources and contacts​
4. Ask relevant follow-up questions (repeat 1 and 2)​ 
5. To start a new conversation, click on the broom 
6. Email your feedback about the Supplier Gateway Assist to gatewayassist@yale.edu
